I have a bunch made. They finish 16 1/2" and I think 20 laid out 4x5 will make a nice quilt to have for someone for the holidays, don't you????

I can't help with the name, but I do agree it would make a wonderful quilt.
The name of the block is Arkansas Crossroads. It is featured on the cover of Quilts from the Heart by Karin Renaud. Here's an on-line for the block: http://www.bellaonline.com/articles/art23986.asp. If you do a Google search you'll find more examples of the block.
