A Banner Mail Day

It's almost like Christmas :)
Look at all the goodies that came in the mail.
Planetpatchwork has the 3 EQ books as a bundle for $49
Blockbook, EQ6 Simplified ( I so need that :p) and pieced drawing.
But look I finally found the featherweight book everyone raves about and managed to find the manuel on CD on ebay.
Of course they all came as did the Australian Patchwork magazine when I don't have time to sit and read. Isn't that always the way???
Oh and look on someone's blog they had Bits and Piece's book....for small quilts and of course next thing I knew it was coming via Amazon's One Click shipping.

I'm about half done with the rows of the love quilt I'm doing 9 x 13 instead of the 10 by 14 of the drawing. I have 6 more horizontal rows to piece and add. I probably would be done but I had to help a friend at her hair salon all afternoon yesterday and didn't even remember to grab the cathedral windows to do while it was slow. And I didn't grab the book, The Mountain Artisans Quilting Boook, that Finn had on her blog last week. That is a very interesting book. It came yesterday :)

Well back to the quilt and I'll try to read blogs tonight, I've been working myself till I drop at night. Hopefully I won't have to work tomorrow as I'm sending DD to work since she's off of school for Good Friday.
